You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

- You received the wrong item
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be received within 7 days of return approval.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.
How to Request a Refund

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
