Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damage and your order number.
Incorrect Items Received:
If we’ve sent you the wrong item, notify us within 7 days. We’ll arrange a return and ship the correct product at no extra cost.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please email us at sim@simcomfort.co.uk with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items returned in poor condition.
